What should we do when a problem comes up?

3/27 Edited to

... Read moreWhen faced with a problem, our natural reaction might be to resist or feel overwhelmed. However, embracing challenges as opportunities for growth can transform our experience. Personally, I've found that pausing to reflect on what a problem might be teaching me opens up new perspectives. Instead of viewing difficulties as setbacks, I try to see them as lessons that contribute to my spiritual maturity. For example, when a stressful event occurs, I ask myself questions like: What can I learn from this? How can this make me stronger or more compassionate? This mindset shift doesn’t happen overnight but cultivating it has brought me inner peace and resilience. Incorporating practices such as meditation, mindfulness, and connecting with intuition can deepen this process. These tools help calm the mind and allow clearer insight into the situation. Healing energy and self-love are also essential; treating yourself with kindness during tough times supports mental and emotional balance. Ultimately, recognizing that problems serve a purpose in our soul's journey aligns with many spiritual teachings, including concepts of karma and awakening. Each challenge can be a stepping stone toward greater wisdom and a closer relationship with the divine or higher self. By adopting this outlook, life’s hurdles become meaningful experiences that nurture growth and upliftment instead of obstacles to fear or avoid.

Things Christian women should not do
✨ As Christian women, we’re not called to draw attention to ourselves but to reflect God’s light. Proverbs 27:2 says, “Let someone else praise you, and not your own mouth.” That means we don’t need to chase validation or try to be seen — God already sees us. True confidence doesn’t come from showin
