Been on my harvest bowl grind lately 🤤

1lb ground turkey

- seasoned with caramelized onion powder (kinders), ground cinnamon, and red chilli flakes

Kale (measure with your heart)

Cranberries

1.5 cups roasted root veggies (red potatoes, sweet potatoes, carrots)

Finish with a drizzle of local honey (optional but delicious) and ~2 Tablespoons of light balsamic vinaigrette.

I would also usually add feta to this, but I’m out 🥲
