INGREDIENTS
🍋6 lemons, pulp removed and juiced. Zest of 1 lemon
🍋2 cups heavy cream
🍋½ cup sugar
🍋½ cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed
🍋Fresh strawberry slices
RECIPE
1. Cut lemons in half and remove pulp. Strain pulp for juice, around 6 tbsp.
2. In a pot, bring heavy cream to medium-low heat. Stir in sugar & lemon zest.
3. After 4 minutes, remove from heat and gently stir in lemon juice.
4. Set lemon halves on a baking sheet (trim the rounded edges if the halves are not able to sit up). Pour lemon mixture into halves and refrigerate for 2-5 hours.
5. (Optional!) Grind freeze-dried strawberries and sprinkle over lemon possets. Garnish with fresh strawberry slices.
