If you’re in charge of bringing dessert to the cookout, make these. 🍫✨

These no bake s’mores bars have a buttery graham cracker crust, fluffy marshmallow filling, and a rich chocolate topping. No oven, minimal effort, and they’re always the first dessert to disappear.

☀️Bars:

• 3 tbsp unsalted butter

• 10 oz mini marshmallows (reserve 1 cup)

• 6 cups Golden Grahams cereal

🍫 Ganache:

• 1 cup chocolate chips

• Splash of heavy cream

✨ Optional

• Flaky salt

Directions:

1. Melt butter over medium-low heat. Add all but 1 cup marshmallows and stir until melted.

2. Add cereal and mix until fully coated.

3. Press into a parchment-lined 9x9 pan.

4. Top with reserved marshmallows and broil for 2 to 3 minutes until golden brown, or torch for a smoky flavor.
