Baking Time: 4 hours 

Easy Oven Baked Ribs are cooked low and slow for fall-off-the-bone tenderness in the comfort of your own kitchen! Paired with honey barbecue sauce, or any barbecue sauce of your choice. It’s tender and juicy and packed with a ton of flavor. This recipe will work with baby back, spare, or St. Louis style ribs. It tastes so good and all you need are your ribs and a handful of pantry staples. Here’s a guide you’ll need to make your new favorite baked pork ribs: 

Fall-Off-The-Bone Oven Baked Pork Ribs Recipe

Ingredients: 

3-4 pounds pork ribs (baby back ribs, or St. Louis-Style Ribs or Spareribs)

3 tablespoons yellow mustard, divided

3 tablespoons garlic powder, divided

3 tablespoons onion powder, divided

1 teaspoon salt, divided

1 teaspoon ground black pepper, divided

1 tablespoon slap ya mama seasoning (top part of ribs only)

2 tablespoons smoked paprika (top part of ribs only)

1 1/2 cups barbecue sauce

Green onions, finely chopped (for garnish)

Note: 1. Use smoked paprika if you want a smoky element. If you want it less smoky, you can use 1 tbsp smoked paprika  and 1 tbsp regular paprika.

Directions: 

1. Preheat oven to 280°F/140°C. 

2. Line baking dish or roasting pan with aluminum foil. 

3. Run under cold water and pat dry the pork ribs. Remove membrane from the backside of the ribs by carefully sliding knife under membrane and peel it away.

4. Brush back of ribs with 1 tbsp of yellow mustard. 

5. In a small bowl, mix together the garlic & onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Season back of ribs with 2 tbsp of garlic-onion mixture. 

6. Flip the rack of ribs (top part) and brush with remaining 2 tbsp of yellow mustard.

7. Generously season top part of ribs with remaining garlic-onion mixture. 

8. Sprinkle top part of ribs with slap ya mama seasoning and smoked paprika. 

9. Tightly cover ribs with aluminum foil.

10. Bake at 280°F/140°C for 4 hours or until they are tender. 

11. Remove ribs from oven and slather with barbecue sauce. Broil for 2-3 minutes or until sauce is caramelized. 

12. Serve it with garlic mashed potatoes or crispy roasted potatoes and some green vegetables. Enjoy the deliciousness fall-off-the-bone pork ribs!❤️

First I clean my short ribs with water, vinegar, and lemon. I cut some fat off, pat dry then add olive oil and then I add my seasonings of choice which are in the picture. Then I added Worcestershire sauce and( kitchen bouquet for coloring of them which will have them so delicious looking.
