Sweet & Smoky Ribs

Wash your ribs & pull the membrane off.

Rub whole slab in yellow mustard.

Your favorite rub!

I used

1 TBSP Garlic Powder

1 TBSP Onion Powder

1 TBSP Creole Seasoning

1/4 Cup Dark Brown Sugar

1 TSP Red Pepper Flakes

Mix all ingredients together to make a rub and coat front and back of ribs.

6 dashes of liquid smoke and rub again.

Set the ribs with the bones facing up.

Wrap your ribs in heavy duty foil.

Bake on 250 for 3 hr for fall off the bone tender ribs.

Sauce

Your favorite BBQ sauce.

Mine is:

1 bottle Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce

1/3 cup brown sugar

1 squeezed orange

Brush ribs with bbq sauce front and back. Put back in the oven on 450 for 15 minutes.
