I Baked My First Loaf of Bread!

And let me tell you what I learned:

1. BE PATIENT! If you rush the process, your bread will be lackluster.

2. DO knead thoroughly (after mixing & after proofing).

3. DO proof until dough doubles in size (1 hr. minimum).

4. DO wait until loaf is cooled to cut!

5. DO activate your yeast in WARM water before adding in your flour.
