Thinly slice scallions and round onions, and if you're using mitsuba, prepare it by washing and trimming. Slice the chicken into bite-sized pieces for even cooking. Heat a donburi or small saucepan over medium-low heat and pour in the prepared sauce. Add the chicken, allowing it to simmer for about 5 minutes before flipping it to ensure even cooking. Incorporate the onions and scallions, followed by gently drizzling the beaten eggs over the mixture. Cover and let it cook until the eggs are set.
