Ingredients:

* 1 lb ground beef (or ground turkey/chicken)

* 3–4 garlic cloves, minced

* ½ head cabbage, shredded

* 3 green onions, chopped

* 1 cup shredded carrots

* Sesame seeds (optional)

Sauce:

* ¼ cup soy sauce (or coconut aminos)

* 1 tbsp fish sauce (trust me, it makes it)

* 1 tbsp rice vinegar

* 1 tbsp sesame oil

* 1 tsp gochujang (or sriracha for heat)

* Drizzle of honey

* ½ tsp salt

* 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated

Instructions:

1️⃣ Brown the meat in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.

2️⃣ Add garlic & ginger, cook until fragrant.

3️⃣ Toss in cabbage, carrots, & green onions, cook 5-7 min until softened.

4️⃣ In a bowl, whisk together the sauce ingredients.

5️⃣ Pour sauce over the skillet mix, stir well, cook 2-3 min more.

6️⃣ Serve hot & enjoy. Optional: Add lime, sesame seeds, or extra green onions.
