Deleted Social Media, What’s Next?
Hey guys! My name is Tyla, this is my first post on Lemon8, and I’ve deleted all social media off of my phone except for this app :) I found social media just slowly becoming so toxic for me, and as a small singer songwriter and song producer, i get so jealous when I see others like me flourishing with their music and becoming more successful. I’ve decided to delete social media so that I don’t have anything to compare myself to anymore. I feel free to be myself and not feel jealous of others. I feel free to make music and go places, and be with family and friends instead of scrolling endlessly on social media like a zombie! so this is day 1, and so far i feel so happy and refreshed 🤗 i don’t plan on getting it back anytime soon but I invite you to join me on my journey of this social media detox!
