PCOS SIMPLE

I tried to make my PCOS supplementation very simple

1. I start out with a peach perfect PCOS multivitamin. Which has a lot of the stuff I already need and limits my cost I pay about $40 for one container depending on if they have deals and I get 10% off because I work with the brand brand reach out to me and they wanted to Collab with me and they ended up giving me a lifetime supply with 10% off coupons

2. Prenatal because me and my fiancé are trying for a kid so we are trying to get the prenatal in my system for when we do start actually trying testing and doing all that later this year. So cross your fingers for a baby in 2026. But the prenatal usually needs to be in your system 3 to 6 months to actually start working to be in your system fully and it is very recommended to have it in your system 3 to 6 months prior to trying where the vitamins are built up in your system.

3. Synsbotic this is a prebiotic probiotic and post biotic. It is the better probiotic vitamin for your system because it is going to have more probiotics in it to help your gut Microbiome heal itself. My doctor recommend recommended this over probiotics just because it’s going to have a lot more benefits than any normal one and it’s very good for PCOS.

3. Metaformin. I am a type to diabetic and deal with insulin resistance while being on a GLP one medication for weight loss and as soon as me and my fiancé want to start trying, I am jumping over to insulin right now. My A1c is 5.1 so I am technically not a diabetic as long as I am on the medication, but as soon as I go off the medication, my A1c will automatically probably go up as long as I don’t change my habits it should stay between 5.1 and 5.5. And then I add a triple Omega sometimes right now I am on a break from it because it was causing a lot of acne problems which was weird so my doctor did say to stop it but does recommend it if you’re taking a regular prenatal, but in my prenatal, I already have a prebiotic and a omega 36 and nine vegan supplement.

Overall, I spend about $50 a month on supplementation right now. I have a six month supply sitting in my apartment so there’s no need for me to buy but $50 is better than I’m about $250 that I was spending on supplementation that were all in these vitamins I was taking zinc. I was taking so much I was almost spending $250 which was so out of my pocket and hurt my budget badly.#pcosgrocerylist #pcospregnancy #pcossymptoms #pcosfriendly

... Read morePCOS management can be straightforward with the right supplements tailored to your needs. Start with a high-quality multivitamin specifically designed for PCOS, which offers essential nutrients without breaking the bank. A prenatal vitamin is crucial, especially if you're planning for pregnancy, as it prepares your body with essential nutrients. Integrate a synbiotic supplement to enhance gut health and combat insulin resistance, a common issue for those with PCOS. Metformin should be closely monitored, especially for those dealing with type 2 diabetes, ensuring it complements your dietary adjustments. Finally, consider fish oil Omega-3 supplements for their anti-inflammatory properties. Managing costs is key; focusing on effective yet inexpensive supplements will ensure you stay within your budget while nurturing your health.
