Journey to clean eatting

This meal was sooo easy to make and it tastes AMAZING!!! #mealprep #healthyfood #goodfoodfinds #recipeideas #healthyfood

Steak- season with onion powder, garlic powder, pepper, any additional steak seasonings

Marinade- blend chipotle peppers in adobo sauce with garlic, onion powder, salt, pepper, oregano, cumin, paprika

Spaghetti squash- cut in half, gut out the middle. Add some olive oil (or avocado oil) with salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder, old bay seasoning. Cook for 45 mins to an hour at 375 degrees

alfredo sauce- heavy whipping cream, salt, pepper, garlic, butter, Tuscany seasoning (if you don’t have this then use Italian seasoning and add Cajun for spice), mozzarella, Parmesan cheese

I literally do not measure my seasonings.. I let my ancestors and taste buds do the magic lol
