Three books I read this week 📗

♥️ Remember Love by Mary Bogh

It takes literally a third of this book for the events of the synopsis to take place. Once things get going, I mostly enjoyed it. But nothing could have happened to make up for the first third.

This is inherently frustrating, but I still highly recommend it. I cheered for Annie and wanted her to leave her awful “boyfriend” in the dust. A captivating feminist sci-fi take on toxic relationships and self-realization.

My favorite Emily Henry since her first two! I was nervous because the main character is a children’s librarian (like me), but it’s Emily Henry! Of course it was fine. I loved the odd-couple chemistry, the forced cohabitation, and the fake dating…squeeeeeeeeee 💕💕
