as i’ve gotten more obsessed with prioritizing my health, these quickly became a part of my every day routine.
I take a tablespoon of seamoss and a tablespoon of coconut cult in every morning alongside my every day vitamins and my greens!
* make sure to use a wooden or plastic spoon!
then i take a ginger shot at some point during the day, typically with my lunch! there are so many benefits.
lastly, i take 1/2 cup of kefir at night before i go to sleep!
these all help very well with gut health, reducing bloating, alongside so many other benefits!
