as i’ve gotten more obsessed with prioritizing my health, these quickly became a part of my every day routine.

I take a tablespoon of seamoss and a tablespoon of coconut cult in every morning alongside my every day vitamins and my greens!

* make sure to use a wooden or plastic spoon!

then i take a ginger shot at some point during the day, typically with my lunch! there are so many benefits.

lastly, i take 1/2 cup of kefir at night before i go to sleep!

these all help very well with gut health, reducing bloating, alongside so many other benefits!

Starting my day with a tablespoon each of sea moss and coconut cult alongside my vitamins and greens has been a game changer. Sea moss is loaded with minerals and supports digestion, while coconut cult provides live active cultures that promote a balanced gut microbiome. An important tip I've learned is to always use a wooden or plastic spoon when handling sea moss and coconut cult to preserve their natural properties and avoid any metallic taste or contamination. Around lunchtime, I incorporate a ginger shot which aids digestion and helps reduce inflammation. Although the ginger shot may be strong in flavor, the digestive and anti-inflammatory benefits personally make it worth including in my routine. Before bed, I consume about half a cup of plain kefir—a fermented dairy product filled with probiotics that help replenish beneficial gut bacteria overnight. While the plain kefir may not be the most flavorful, sometimes opting for a flavored variety is helpful to keep consistent with the habit. This step-by-step approach has not only reduced bloating but also stabilized my digestion and contributed to an overall feeling of wellness. It's reassuring to know that these natural foods offer multiple benefits beyond just gut health, such as improved immunity and better nutrient absorption. If you're interested in boosting your digestive health, I highly recommend trying this combination and adjusting the portions or timing to fit your lifestyle. Consistency is key, and using whole-food probiotics like sea moss, coconut cult, ginger shots, and kefir can provide lasting positive effects for your gut and overall health.
