Making bread is simple so give it a try! I bet once you do you'll never want to buy store bought bread again, trust me✨️ because I domt 🤭 Its fresher and tastier than any loaf on the shelves because you made it. Ofcourse with time you'll get better so if making bread doesn't come out the way you wanted the first time then keep trying! A few tips: I got a really cheap hand mixer that came with dough hooks and that helped alot. Play around with fats such as olive oil vs vegetable oil to see if you like the results better. Do you like a more milky bread? Then make it a cup of milk rather than half and half. Lastly be sure to combine your wet and dry separately before combining the too, we dont want to over mix your dough. Happy Baking! 🍞

This step really develops the bread's texture and flavor. Playing with fats is fun too—olive oil gives a lovely aroma and slight richness, whereas vegetable oil tends to produce a lighter taste. For a creamier or milky bread, I sometimes substitute the warm water with milk or a mixture of milk and water, which makes the crumb softer. A handy kitchen tool that helped me was a simple hand mixer with dough hooks; it made kneading much easier, especially as a beginner. Also, mixing wet and dry ingredients separately before combining is crucial to avoid overworking the dough, which can make bread dense. Fresh homemade bread always impresses more than store-bought options because you control the ingredients and tailoring the recipe to your taste is so satisfying.
