Roasting veggies on the grill

Dust off the grill its summertime! If you have a castiron skillet use it to cook your vegetables on the grill too. It'll give it a nice buttery, grilled taste while also creating a beautiful caramel color on the outside. Cook untill tender and serve on it own or with your choice of protein. We chose steaks to have with our grilled veggies 😋 it was very delicious and fun to cook on a summer day.

Pairing these grilled veggies with a nicely seared steak turns a simple side into a hearty, satisfying meal perfect for summer evenings. Another tip is to keep the grill's temperature moderate to prevent burning the veggies while still getting those lovely grill marks.
