Ingredients:

* 1/4 cup chickpea flour

* 1/3 cup unsweetened plant milk

* 1 teaspoon veggie bouillon

* 1 teaspoon nutritional yeast

* 2 tablespoons aquafaba (bean liquid)

* 1/2 teaspoon turmeric

* Salt to taste

* Black salt (kala namak) — sprinkle on top as a finishing salt for that eggy vibe

Instructions:

1️⃣ Whisk all ingredients (except black salt) in a bowl until smooth.

2️⃣ Pour into a non-stick pan over medium heat. Let it cook through, then flip carefully.

3️⃣ Add your favorite fillings — veggies, vegan cheese, soyrizo — fold, cook until warmed through.

4️⃣ Finish with a sprinkle of black salt for that classic eggy flavor.
