For the Lemon Herb Dip:

½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt

2 Tbsp mayonnaise

1 Tbsp lemon juice (fresh)

1 tsp lemon zest

1 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley

1 Tbsp chopped fresh dill (or equivalent herb)

Salt & pepper to taste

1️⃣ Rinse and pat dry the cod pieces. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Dust lightly with flour.
