It's not because we lost.

การพูดกับตัวเองว่า "ช่างมัน" นั้นไม่ใช่เรื่องง่ายสำหรับทุกคน เพราะตั้งแต่เด็กเราถูกสอนให้ใส่ใจทุกรายละเอียดและทำให้ดีที่สุดกับทุกเรื่อง แต่เมื่อต้องเจอกับสถานการณ์ที่ไม่สามารถควบคุมหรือเปลี่ยนแปลงได้ เช่น คนที่ไม่ชอบเรา หรือคำพูดที่ไม่เป็นผลดี การเก็บมาคิดซ้ำๆ จะยิ่งทำให้เราหมดพลังและเครียดโดยไม่จำเป็น ผมเองก็เคยเผชิญกับสถานการณ์ที่น่าหงุดหงิดและอยากจะตอบโต้เสมอ แต่พยายามฝึกปล่อยวาง แล้วพูดกับตัวเองว่า "ช่างมัน" เพราะมันไม่คุ้มค่ากับเวลาหรือสุขภาพจิตของเรา การใช้ "ช่างมัน" เป็นเครื่องมือในการเลือกใส่ใจเฉพาะเรื่องที่สำคัญจริงๆ ช่วยให้ผมมีสมาธิกับหน้าที่และคนที่รักมากขึ้น แต่ก็อยากเน้นว่าคำว่า "ช่างมัน" ไม่ได้หมายความว่าเราเลี่ยงความรับผิดชอบ หรือไม่สนใจทุกสิ่ง ทุกปัญหาที่เราสามารถแก้ไขได้ เรายังคงต้องลงมือทำและรับผิดชอบอย่างเต็มที่ เพียงแต่เมื่อปัญหาหรือเรื่องราวใดที่เราไม่สามารถควบคุมหรือไม่มีผลต่อชีวิตมากนัก เราก็ควรปล่อยวางเพื่อรักษาสมดุลของชีวิต การเรียนรู้ที่จะพูดกับตัวเองว่า "ช่างมัน" เป็นการให้ความสำคัญกับสุขภาพใจของเรา การปล่อยวางช่วยลดความเครียด ความวิตกกังวล และทำให้เราใช้ชีวิตได้อย่างมีความสุขมากขึ้นจริงๆ คุณอาจลองตั้งคำถามกับตัวเองว่าวันนี้มีเรื่องอะไรที่ไม่จำเป็นต้องเก็บมาคิด และปล่อยวางกับคำว่า "ช่างมัน" เพื่อเปิดทางให้ชีวิตไหลลื่นและเบาสบายขึ้น
