1. teriyaki salmon: recipe is on my page — be sure to check it out (pescatarian friendly && SO flavorful) + a side of white rice & stir fry veggies
2. steak dinner: steak cooked by my bf (let me know if you want his recipe && i’ll make a post on it!! he makes the perfect steak packed with flavor😍) + a side of roasted potatoes & broccolini
3. thai veggie noodles: recipe is on my page!! this is essentially a nut-free pad thai (using sun butter so it’s perfect if someone in your family has a nut allergy). this is also a vegetarian friendly meal so yay for that!
4. kale salad: kale massaged with balsamic vinaigrette, roasted sweet potatoes, goat cheese, pickled onion && leftover brisket I had from dinner out the night before😍. breaded chicken or grilled chicken would be delicious on this though!!
