Clean Out Breakfast

I'm still doing the clean out. It's just been a January already.

But this breakfast casserole was a hit. Made it this morning and there's only a little left.

I had a pack of ground sausage that I browned.

I had about a half a package of hasbrowns that I added to the sausage.

I then combined it in the pan with a stick of butter and block of cream cheese.

Once that was melted, I transferred it to a baking dish.

I added 10 eggs and combined.

Baked on 375 for maybe 20ish minutes (I don't really remember).

Took it out and topped with a some shredded cheese.

It was great!
