Et il y a 5 ans… ça m’aurait vidée.

Musique forte.

Groupes partout.

Alcool.

Énergies dans tous les sens.

Avant, je ressortais brûlée.

Fatiguée.

Envahie par tout ce que je captais.

Parce que quand tes capacités ne sont pas maîtrisées…

ta sensibilité devient un poids.

Mais cette fois ?

J’étais solide.

Ancrée.

Stable dans mon énergie.

Je ressentais…

sans me faire submerger.

La sensibilité n’est pas le problème.

L’absence de maîtrise l’est.

Des dons non encadrés créent de la confusion.

Des dons maîtrisés créent une autorité intérieure.

C’est pour ça que le Parcours Initiatique Maître de mon énergie est né.

Additionally, learning to recognize when external energies start affecting my mood or focus enabled me to take proactive steps to regain control. It’s about becoming the sovereign of your feelings instead of being driven by the collective vibrations around you. This personal journey inspired the creation of the "Master of My Energy" initiation path—a program focused not on amplifying psychic abilities but on managing and framing them. Gaining mastery over your energy doesn’t mean closing yourself off; it means engaging with the world from a place of inner stability and authority. If you find yourself drained after social events or crowded places, consider exploring energy mastery techniques.
