... Read moreLiving in today’s fast-paced world, where "On yeut tout VITE"—we want everything fast—it's easy to feel frustrated when change doesn’t happen overnight. From personal development to building a business, society seems obsessed with instant results. However, from my own experience, meaningful transformation isn’t instantaneous; it requires time, patience, and repeated effort. I’ve noticed how social media and technology accelerate our expectations. We see quick success stories and assume the process should be just as rapid for everyone. But that’s misleading. True integration—the phase where new knowledge, habits, or insights become an actual part of who we are—cannot be rushed. It's like trying to absorb and digest a huge meal in minutes: your body needs time to process and convert it into energy. For entrepreneurs and creatives, this can be particularly challenging. The pressure to produce fast results might discourage them from investing the essential time needed for deep groundwork. Yet, the most resilient and successful ventures I’ve seen are those built slowly and carefully, with room to learn, adjust, and grow. On a personal level, I’ve learned the importance of responsibility in one’s own growth. Experiencing a big realization is exciting, but wisdom comes from returning to that insight repeatedly, reflecting, and applying it consistently over time. That’s how real change happens—not in a single breakthrough moment, but through sustained practice and patience. If anything, slowing down can help us reconnect with depth and authenticity, moving beyond superficial quick fixes. While technology and content overload can drown us in rapid-fire stimuli, taking the time to integrate new awareness empowers us to lead more grounded, meaningful lives. In conclusion, embracing the slow, sometimes uncomfortable pace of transformation not only enhances its longevity but also enriches our experience in ways fast changes never could. Remember, integration takes time, and that’s okay—because some things worth having are worth the wait.

Dinosaur Sensory Play
Where to begin on this activity. If I’m being honest, it kept my 19 month old occupied for about 25 minutes. I think I got really excited about the dinosaur theme and wanted to do it all. If I do it again I would split it up and do one set up with the puzzle finding activity, and another set up wit
