I only had two exercise supplements.
1.Whey Protein Isolate
Why: Take Protien Isolate Because of a Lactose digestive problem, so have to take whey with the smallest amount of Lactose.
2. Creatine Monohydrate
Why: There are several supporting studies that contribute to muscle activity, gain weight lifting, better performance.
And later, there's research that supports Cognitive functions that help with brain activity.
I will take 10g more per day than the typical Daily Dose, which is taken 5g per day, because I also hope for Cognitive function.
It's a supplement with high safety reports.

I stand to say that I do not accept supplements that say that I have eaten every good body.
Good shape comes from disciplined exercise, consistency, and diet choices. Eat protein.
