5 little things that helped me lose 50 pounds

15 years ago I was struggling greatly due to my weight. I felt terrible, couldn't do the things I used to enjoy, and my health suffered with rising blood pressure and cholesterol. I felt stuck and unsure how to proceed.

But, I started to make small changes that transformed my life slowly but surely. The big goals seemed out of reach, but the small wins and changes propelled me forward.

I lost 50 pounds. After fifteen years I still use these small things to stay healthy and fit.
