Anyone else have skin problems?? #candymaker #herculescandy #fyp #fypage #fypシ #fypシ゚viral #candy #candytok
Hey sweet friends! You know me, Julia from Hercules, and lately, I've been in a bit of a 'bad mood,' to be honest. But what always helps me turn things around is getting into the kitchen and doing what I love: 'making cream today'! It's my happy place, even when things aren't perfect. First up, I had these 'chocolate drops' I was 'rating creams' for. They were 'vanilla flavored' and oh-so-good! Seriously, I'd say 'out of 10,' I'll give these 'an 8.' They were definitely smoother 'than all the other ones I'm doing' today, which is a huge win for me. A real classic, you can't go wrong with vanilla and chocolate. Next, I tried the 'pina colada' cream. And let me tell you, 'I have no complaints for her'! This one was a solid '10 out of ten.' It literally transported me to a 'mini vacation' with every bite. The tropical notes were perfectly balanced, just pure bliss. It's the kind of candy that makes you forget your troubles, even for a moment. Then came the 'coconut' cream. Oh, the coconut. It's getting a 'six out of 10 for me.' Why the lower score? Well, it's just so 'chunky,' and the 'coconut shreds go everywhere'! It's 'just not very smooth,' which is a pet peeve of mine. I mean, I love coconut, but I want it to be a delightful experience, not a messy one. So, 'a six it is'! And finally, the 'orange' cream. This one was tricky. Taste-wise, it was '10 out of ten'—bright, zesty, absolutely delicious. But you know what? It was almost ruined because 'our stupid machine won't work'! So, 'now I have to fix it.' There I was, 'playing mechanic' instead of just enjoying the creative process. It's those little technical glitches that can really throw a wrench in your day. All this candy making, while therapeutic, sometimes highlights other struggles. You know how I mentioned being in a 'bad mood'? A big part of that often comes down to my 'skin problems.' It feels like my skin has 'a mind of' its own, often a 'weak and frail minded' one. I mean, it 'can't handle a little lake water' or even 'a little sunscreen' without a flare-up? Seriously, after a 'mini vacation' where I spent 'three days in the sun,' I literally 'have eczema covering my entire body.' It's like, 'can leave me alone,' please! You try to enjoy a little sunny escape, and your body just decides to stage a rebellion. It makes you question sometimes, 'you're making candy, yeah I can' in the sun, but my skin just can't keep up. It’s a constant battle to keep it calm and happy. It's a constant balance, trying to indulge in my passions like candy making, which brings so much joy, while also managing these chronic issues. Sharing my journey, both the sweet and the challenging, feels really important. It’s not always perfect, but that’s part of the journey, right? What are your go-to comfort activities when you're feeling a bit down or dealing with a flare-up? Would love to know if anyone else finds solace in creating, despite the everyday struggles!
