The key is patience and consistency—your body needs time to adapt, and that's a good thing because slow changes tend to stick. Remember, the goal isn’t just to lose fat quickly but to develop a lifestyle where you maintain a healthy weight without drastic measures. Incorporating minor calorie deficits, regular exercise, and mindful eating all contribute to long-lasting fat loss.
