Birth control

“Wow… 4 kids?? 😮‍💨 Do you know what birth control is? 🤨”

•

•

Yeah actually I do..

It’s a class 1 carcinogen and full of synthetic hormones that can affect the body in a lot of ways.

So instead, I use my ✨RIGHT to CHOOSE✨ not to take it and use other preventative methods that work for me.

Believe it or not there are ways to naturally avoid pregnancy and root causes to why you may have issues with your cycle that can be solved without birth control.

And also… I like my kids. Crazy, I know!?! 🫠

I’ve got four amazing kiddos… and honestly I might even have another one. 🤪

Buuuuut quick question for you…

Do you know how to stfu and mind your business?

... Read moreDeciding against conventional hormonal birth control methods can feel empowering, especially when you consider the potential side effects caused by synthetic hormones. From my own experience and the stories I've encountered, many women turn to natural family planning techniques like tracking basal body temperature, cervical mucus observation, and cycle charting to prevent pregnancy effectively without introducing synthetic chemicals into their systems. While some may view birth control pills as a simple solution, it's important to recognize that these medications, classified by some experts as class 1 carcinogens, carry risks that should not be overlooked. The synthetic hormones can disrupt natural hormonal balance, leading to side effects such as mood changes, weight gain, and even increased risk of certain cancers for some individuals. For those managing menstrual irregularities or fertility challenges, addressing root causes—such as nutritional deficiencies, stress, or underlying medical conditions—can sometimes restore natural cycle regularity without the need for hormonal intervention. This holistic approach often includes lifestyle modifications, diet improvements, and consulting with healthcare providers who support natural reproductive health. Choosing to have multiple children or contemplating expanding your family is a personal choice that deserves respect. Advocating for your reproductive choices means not only understanding the options available but also feeling confident in those decisions without being subjected to judgment. Ultimately, whether you opt for conventional birth control or natural alternatives, the key lies in informed choice and respectful support from those around you. If you’re curious about natural methods or want to learn more about how others navigate these decisions, exploring communities and resources dedicated to birth control alternatives can provide valuable insights and encouragement.

Does birth control reduce our sexiness?
Hear me out… out of all the stages in our menstrual cycle ovulation is the one where we not only feel the sexiest, but look the sexiest. Our bodies are the strongest, our hair falls the best, our skin looks the best, and this is all a biological way of us attracting a man for reproduction. Ovul
