have a sweet tooth like me and want healthy? I’ve got the best hot chocolate, milkshake and snack! The ripple milk with chocolate vital protein is 30 g of protein and 0 SUGAR I add stevia to sweeten it a little OR i’ll grab a premier protein drink ( my fave is birthday cake or cookie dough) and use that with a collagen and a frozen banana and I’ve got myself a milkshake! the rice cakes are amazing. New high protein yogurt treats at target 😛
I am a hugeeee yogurt fan. I am always on the look out for some good sweet "treats" - that being yogurt. I found these at my local Target. They also had different flavors like banana dark chocolate. These are such a score for being on the go. #lemon8partner #highprotein #yogurt
