... Read moreSaya faham betapa frustrasinya bila nak buat tricep dips tapi pergelangan tangan rasa sakit atau tidak selesa. Jadi, beberapa alternatif yang saya cuba adalah push-up dengan tangan dekat badan, tricep kickbacks guna dumbbell, dan overhead tricep extensions. Semua ni saya buat di rumah dan memang membantu bagi saya yang ada masalah pergelangan tangan. Kalau korang baru mula, cuba gunakan berat sederhana dan fokus pada teknik yang betul supaya otot triceps dapat bekerja secara optimum tanpa beban berlebihan pada pergelangan tangan. Saya mulakan dengan 4 set 10 ulangan, sampailah mampu tambah beban perlahan-lahan. Selain tu, penting juga buat pemanasan dulu untuk elak kecederaan. Cubalah juga pakai wrist wrap atau tali sokongan pergelangan jika rasa perlu. Latihan ini bukan saja bantu bina otot triceps yang keras dan tegang, malah boleh bantu kurangkan masalah yang biasa dialami bila buat dips konvensional. Saya juga rekomen pilih latihan yang boleh buat sendiri di rumah tanpa perlu pergi gim, sesuai untuk mereka yang sibuk atau baru nak mula berjinak dengan fitness.
