SORRY I'VE BEEN MISSING...HERE'S WHY

WASSSSUPPPPP!!

Man it was a rough week! So most of ya'll know but in case you don't I have an autoimmune disorder so something that is a slight cold for ya'll can take me out for a minute...literally my daughter got over this same sickness in two days and I'm still having slight struggles and it's been a full week...so yea that's why I've been MIA...it's a lot harder for my body to bounce back so I try to stay on top of when I start to feel bad but this time it kinda snuck up on my so I had to sit it on down!!

I did still get some very gentle yoga in most of those days but I love to hit the weights and box so I was missing that.

Either way I am super happy to be pretty much done with this..my energy levels are back...and I pretty much feel okay minus this chest congestion but it's almost outta here too...so GRATITUDE GRATITUDE GRATITUDE for that

[WORKOUT DETAILS]

This is a great upper body workout even just standing or lying but if you want to get some extra core work definitely do them this way and keep your core engaged during each set.

I did 2 sets of 10 and one set of 12. Mainly with 5 pound dumbbells and I occasionally added 10 pound if I could.

I swear missing a week in the gym (or crib 😆) feels like a month. I was weak af but f** it WE BALL!!
