The more I focus on lower ab workouts I see a little progress each time.
These are some of my favorite NO EQUIPMENT NEEDED exercises for fupa area.
I did 4 sets of 10-12 for everything. Like I said no equipment is actually needed but if you want to increase the intensity of the workout you can add 5 and 10 pound dumbbells like I did here.
