FULL BODY FRIDAYYYY
Have ya'll every been on your second or third set of an exercise and have to see if you accidentally grabbed the wrong weights bc it seems extra heavy??...that's exactly what happened at the beginning of this video 😅
I was on round 2 and had to double check bc it seems like the weight got super heavy...idk if I'm happy or unhappy to report that it was indeed the same weight lmaooo always so funny when that happens though I'm glad I caught it on camera !
Full Body Friday was a good one...and I'm pretty sure I hit my entire body at some point which is always the goal!
I used 10, 15, and 20 pound dumbbells for everything..and did 4 sets of 8-15...basically until failure for everything and it was such a range !
Top is a favorite of mine from Prozis ! [KALIASQUEEN for $$$ off]

If you're aiming to engage your entire body in one session, a full body dumbbell workout is an excellent choice. Using different weights like 10, 15, and 20 pounds allows you to challenge various muscle groups effectively. For example, lighter weights can target smaller muscles or help with form during complex movements, while heavier weights help build strength in larger muscle groups. Doing 4 sets of 8 to 15 repetitions until failure, as mentioned, is a proven method to increase muscle endurance and promote growth. Importantly, while performing these sets, it's common to experience the weights feeling heavier on subsequent rounds. This can be due to muscle fatigue making the same weights feel more challenging, an experience many fitness enthusiasts find both amusing and motivating. To maximize your workout, be sure to include compound exercises such as dumbbell squats, presses, rows, and deadlifts. These moves activate multiple muscles and joints, enhancing strength and improving coordination. Also, incorporating rest periods strategically helps maintain good form and reduces injury risk while improving endurance. Don’t forget the mental aspect of a workout. Embracing those moments when your body feels pushed to its limit and keeping a positive attitude—as captured by catching funny weight mix-up moments on camera—can make your routine more enjoyable and sustainable. Lastly, wearing comfortable and supportive workout gear, like the favorite Prozis top mentioned, can improve your workout experience and confidence. And as you embark on your fitness journey, celebrating milestones and community events (like Hippiefest or supporting your HBCU, NCCU) helps keep motivation high and connects you with others who share similar wellness goals. In summary, a full body Friday workout with dumbbells is a fantastic way to stay fit, engage all muscle groups, and boost both your physical and mental wellbeing, especially when you approach it with energy and good vibes. Happy training!
