Happy Friday!!

Full Body Friday but heavy on the leg work.

Quick little fun fact: Wall sits bring back a lot of high school sports memories for me...idk if they were just popular back then but every sport I played wall sits are the main exercise I remember...it was like every coaches go to I swear...I don't do them much now but it's funny what certain things remind you of lol

But getting back to the workout...I did 4 sets of 10-12 for everything and of course the weights were all over the place but 5 or 10 pound weights will accomplish the goal.

My legs are definitely going to feel this workout so if you missed legs this week this is definitely the one !
