2 things that make planning healthy meals for our baby so much easier:

1️⃣ Cook baby-friendly whole food dinners for the whole family—no need to make a separate meal just for baby.

2️⃣ Make a little extra so leftovers turn into quick, balanced lunches throughout the week.

Last week we had Parmesan chicken & spaghetti one night and smash burgers the next… then mixed and matched the proteins with different sides for simple, healthy meals all week.
