Day 20: my fitness progress

Day 20 – I’m fighting hard, you guys! I literally woke up craving nachos, two milkshakes, three pizzas, and an entire jar of Nutella 😂… but I held myself back because I know that’s not what my body needs.

I still had some snacks throughout the day, and even though I hit my calories, my macros were all over the place. But that’s okay. Not every day has to be perfect! That is part of this journey!

See you tomorrow! ✨

... Read moreAs you continue on your own fitness journey, remember that progress isn't always linear. It's essential to listen to your body and adjust your nutrition according to your needs, even when cravings arise. Incorporate healthier snacks that satisfy your cravings without derailing your goals, such as fruit with nut butter or yogurt with granola. Tracking your macros can help maintain balance, but don't stress over perfection. Celebrate small victories each day, and understand that consistency over time brings results. Reflecting on your daily achievements, as shared in my Day 20 update, reminds us that the journey is just as important as the destination. Stay determined and keep pushing, because every step forward contributes to your overall health and well-being!

Not all great progress ends in crazy weight loss
This got a lot of hate when I first posted it one of my groups because my progress pic doesn’t end with weight loss… now reposting a year later, it didn’t end at all. When I first posted this a year ago, I posted because I was proud of my bulk, even when I was soo scared of gaining weight.

How I use the Strong app to up my fitness progress
Using the Strong app has helped me make more progress in the gym than I ever could on my own. Before, I wasn’t really tracking anything, and I’d either repeat the same weights or forget what worked last time. Strong helps me keep everything organized and makes it easy to see what I’ve done and what

You can’t out-train a bad diet. No matter how hard you work out, if your nutrition isn’t right, it’ll hold you back from reaching your goals. Whether it’s weight loss or muscle gain, what you eat is key. I learned this the hard way—training harder doesn’t fix a bad diet. Progress starts in the kitc
