To God be the glory! Entering my Healing and Wellness Era 💚

Seeing where I once was (heaviest I’ve ever been ) …depressed , consistently making excuses , feeling sorry for myself, repeatedly continuing bad habits, unhealthy. I got tired of seeing that version of myself look back at me in the mirror. Basically ya girl got Tired of being Tired.

So it was time to lock in and make some changes and fight for me 🩵 it’s still a road with ups and downs but I can’t wait to see what Quarter 2 looks like. It’s just the beginning.
