Putting good food into your body has so many benefits.

Finding the balance and living a healthy sustainable lifestyle could seem overwhelming for someone who has no idea where to start.. trust me when I say the benefits on the other side make it SO WORTH figuring it out.

1) Start small. That can look like starting with a grocery list. And having meal ideas throughout your week to help with your shopping list could be the start of you prioritizing your health. I have listed an idea shopping list I go off of and work with what I have moving on throughout the week, that works best for me..

2) be adaptive!!! That’s how you can make it a sustainable lifestyle. Life happens and things sometimes go differently than expected… give yourself grace and jump back on the health train when you see yourself slipping off more than usual. Sometimes that looks like getting a routine back in place.

3) have fun with cooking!! Try new things. Eating the same thing over and over can cause burnout. Branch out and follow some healthy inspirations.. there’s a ton of healthy cooking recipes, I love finding new stuff and making it into my own flavor dish. Take what you like and leave what you don’t and I promise it will get easier working with what you have and throwing your own recipes together.
