30 days in learning how to use chopsticks ‼️🥢 🍚

My 30-Day Thai culture Journey Starts Today.. 🥢‼️

I made a decision.

I’m giving myself 30 days to intentionally prepare for Thai culture. Not just saying I’m going to practice. Not just dreaming about it. But setting a real timeframe on it, so I move with purpose. I believe when you give yourself a deadline, you turn your focus into something tactical. Serious. Real.

It’s so easy to fall into the cycle of “one day I’ll do it,” but I’m choosing today. I’m choosing every day, for the next 30 days.

To start, I downloaded an app to study the Thai language and getting familiar with the sounds, the greetings, the heart of how Thai people connect as well. So as you can see it’s more than just “chopsticks”

Shoutout to my friend, B, who inspires me without even realizing it. Her spirit reminded me: culture isn’t something you visit. It’s something you honor.

& now, here I am, not just learning Thai.

I’m becoming ready for it.

30 days. Full heart. Open mind. 🎥

... Read moreLearning to use chopsticks is just the beginning of a deeper understanding of Thai culture. Embracing this 30-day challenge involves not only mastering the technique but also appreciating the rich customs and traditions associated with Thai dining. Chopsticks represent more than just utensils; they symbolize a connection to Thai identity and social practices. Throughout this journey, engaging with the Thai language app introduced many cultural nuances through greetings and everyday phrases, further enhancing cultural appreciation. This holistic approach underscores the significance of cultural immersion, which requires time and intention. The realization that setbacks and challenges are part of the learning process is vital. Each experience contributes to a greater understanding of the intricacies of culture and personal growth. This journey emphasizes that culture is not just to observe but to honor and integrate into daily life. By committing to this exploration over the next 30 days, you may also discover profound insights and connections that will enrich your own experiences. Embrace the journey with an open heart and mind, just like I am! 🚀
