Mashed Avocados

(Sharing because it’s a great tip)

Whenever avocados are on sale, buy a bunch. Then freeze the avocado once you’ve mashed them. Measure them out to around 3/4’s of an ounce. Then you mash them up and use a small cookie scoop and then freeze them! They don't turn brown AT ALL and when they set up firm in a few hours you then throw them in a gallon ziploc bag. You don't need to add anything to them. No more brown color or throwing the bad ones away. Try it! Boom!! Yum.
