INGREDIENTS

🐷 1lb thin sliced pork

🍝 1 lb spaghetti noodles

🥬 1 bag coleslaw mix

🥦 1 large head broccoli, chopped

SAUCE

🧄 6–8 cloves garlic, minced

🧅 1 bunch green onions, chopped

🥢 ½ cup soy sauce

🥢 ¼ cup dark soy sauce

🥄 ¼ cup hoisin sauce

🍚 Few dashes rice vinegar

🌰 Few dashes sesame oil (go light — strong flavor)

🍬 1/4-½ cup brown sugar (to taste)

🌽 1–2 tsp cornstarch

INSTRUCTIONS

1️⃣ Chop all veggies & slice pork thin

2️⃣ Cook spaghetti according to package directions

3️⃣ Cook pork in a large pan until fully cooked

4️⃣ Whisk all sauce ingredients together in a bowl

5️⃣ Microwave steam broccoli if you prefer it softer

6️⃣ Add cooked noodles to pork

7️⃣ Toss in coleslaw mix + broccoli

8️⃣ Pour sauce over top & toss 1–2 minutes until glossy and thickened
