The 4 things I would focus on for a TRANSFORMATION:
1. I would figure out my most self - sabotaging habits or the things that aren't working for me. You can't fix what you don't know needs fixing.
2. You need to figure out what needs to be ADDED and implemented into your lifestyle. It can be food related, it can be exercise related, etc. move on from a "deprivation" mindset to an addition mindset. what needs to be ADDED to reach your goals (steps, protein, fiber, rest etc).
3. You need to fix your SLEEP. Whether that's adding a good bedtime routine into your life, or taking your magnesium no exceptions, adding mindfulness into your evening will set you up for good sleep & waking up rested in the am. This will lead to better eating choices throughout the day.
4. MEAL PREP! It doesn't have to be content creator, idealistic, inspiring. it can be as simple as knowing exactly what you're going to eat for dinner every day and making sure you have the ingredients on hand. It can be prepping the Protein for the week so you don't have an overwhelming cooking session after work or are relying on unhealthy takeout.
I hope you find these tips helpful. Save the video for later if you can't watch the full 3 min now & share it with someone who needs to get started but is feeling overwhelmed.
