Tracking your progress beyond the scale, like noticing improvements in mood and energy, can also keep motivation high. Remember, keto isn’t just a diet; it’s a lifestyle change. The initial hard part fades as you replace old habits with healthier ones, and you start to feel more present and confident. It’s okay to have tough days—what matters is that you keep moving forward, learning, and listening to your body and mind along the way.
