Hello, Lemon 🍋, who makes a lot of excuses (like me 🤣) that after work is tired, I don't have time to go to the gym. Today I took a "Snacks" exercise recipe or a short one. It only takes a little time.

The idea is to insert workouts into our short Routine, such as waiting to boil Mama, before the morning shower, or during the series!

💡 How to schedule yourself:

The trainer recommends that we choose 4-8 postures from the slide (mixed with arms, legs and abdomen) and do 10-15 postures each, or a 30-second timer. Focus slowly and focus on the muscles.

And if anyone sits in front of the computer all day, don't forget to do the last slide (Yoga Flow)! It stretches the tight neck, shoulders, and bottom back all day well like a shout! 🧘‍♀️✨
