Using whole wheat pita can add fiber and make the meal more filling. I lightly toast the pita and even add some veggies like spinach or tomatoes to boost nutrition. This simple meal can be prepared in just 10 minutes and is great for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Tracking calories helps me stay aligned with my health goals without sacrificing flavor or satisfaction.
