Shrimp and Crab Stuffed Crescent Bombs
Delicious crescent rolls filled with a savory shrimp and crab mix .
Ingredients:
- 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1 cup crab meat, shredded
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped shrimp, crab meat, cream cheese, green onions, garlic powder, Old Bay seasoning, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
- Place a generous spoonful of the seafood mixture at the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll the dough from the wide end to the tip, forming a crescent shape, and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
