「うなぎや花道（鰻屋花道）って実際どう？」と気になって、難波で予定があった日にランチで行ってみました。検索だと「なんば うなぎ」「難波 うなぎ」でよく出てくるけど、結論から言うと“特別な日に選びたい系”の満足度でした。 まず良かったのが、うなぎの焼きの感じ。店内に入った瞬間から香ばしい匂いがして期待値が上がるんですが、出てきたうな丼は本当に外がパリッとした食感。皮目が香ばしくて、箸を入れると身はふわっふわ＆極厚で、噛むほどに脂の甘みがじゅわっと出てきます。秘伝のタレの香りも強すぎず、うなぎ自体の旨みをちゃんと立ててくれる印象でした。うなぎとご飯の相性がたまらなくて、気づいたら無言で完食…。「もう普通の鰻には戻れない」っていう感想、ちょっと分かります。 価格は“気軽なランチ”よりは上なので、私の場合は自分へのご褒美として割り切るのがちょうど良かったです。初めて行く人は、うなぎのボリューム感がしっかりあるので、まずは定番のうな丼（うな重系）を選ぶと満足しやすいと思います。がっつり食べたい日は量多めのメニューが安心。 行き方は難波駅・なんば駅から徒歩圏内で、用事のついでに寄りやすいのもポイント。私はお昼どきに合わせて行ったので、時間に余裕を持って動くのがおすすめです（ピークは待つこともあるので、予定が詰まっている日は注意）。 個人的に嬉しかったのは、焼きが丁寧で“タレでごまかさない”感じがあるところ。国産鰻の美味しさをしっかり味わいたい人、難波で失敗しないうなぎ屋さんを探している人にはかなり刺さると思います。 「花道 難波」「うなぎの花道」「うなぎや華道 難波店」など、表記がいろいろ出てくるけど、目的地は「うなぎや花道 難波店」でOK。次は夜の時間帯にも行って、また違う気分で味わってみたいです。
