I can't let my guard down, but I think I'll 🏅🏆 my first win against the flu ✨
Home was infection control.
I always wear a mask. The small window on the 2nd floor and the small window in the kitchen on the 1st floor are always open.
The bedroom was also ventilated and humidified with a basic window of about 5 cm (laundry was dried). I managed to survive with this! Ventilation is essential because you can not let your guard down yet ‼️

子供がインフルエンザA型に感染した際、家庭内での感染予防は非常に重要です。症状は水曜日に37.2度から最高39.3度の発熱が続き、木曜日に病院でインフルエンザA型の診断を受けました。金曜日以降も38度以上の高熱が続き、今日になってようやく解熱しましたが、咳はまだ残っています。こうした状況で、家庭内感染対策として最も効果的だったのは、常時マスクを着用することと、換気を徹底することでした。具体的には、2階の小窓と1階のキッチンの小窓を常に開けて空気の流れを作り、寝室の窓も5センチ程度開けて換気しながら加湿も行いました。洗濯物を室内で干すことで自然に加湿できるため、空気が乾燥しすぎない環境が感染拡大の抑制に役立ちます。インフルエンザウイルスは乾燥した空気で飛散しやすくなるため、適度な湿度が症状緩和とウイルス活動抑制に有効です。また、家族全員がマスク着用を徹底することが接触感染を防ぐ上で欠かせません。加えて、こまめな手洗いと手指消毒を忘れずに行うことが大切です。子供の体調が回復し解熱しても、ウイルス排出が続く可能性があるため、日曜日までは感染対策を維持しましょう。このような家庭内対策は、インフルエンザの感染拡大を抑え、家族みんなの健康を守ることに繋がります。今後も油断せず、適切な換気とマスク着用を続けることが、感染症予防のための最善の方法といえます。
