Rating my Factor meals! 10/10
I recently started ordering #Factor premade meals and wanted to share my thoughts.
I have ordered from factor in the past and decided to start ordering again for my lunch meals for work. This helps me get my protein goal in and also gets me to eat more vegetables because they are like freaking magicians with making vegetables taste good (I’m a pretty picky eater but trying to expand!)
This meal is Pulled BBQ Chicken with Mac & Cheese.
Honestly 10/10! The chicken was delicious and clearly has peppers and onions mixed in (I hate onions). I ate this entire thing and wished I had more 🤣
The Mac and cheese was delicious too!

This one is a higher calorie meal, however, I ate this for lunch on Tuesday and went to the gym after work and was still not really hungry after my workout.
I was able to burn some calories off at the gym and was able to stay under my calorie intake for the day.

As someone who has been exploring meal delivery services for convenient, healthy eating, Factor meals stand out because of their balance of taste, nutrition, and convenience. Beyond the delicious Pulled BBQ Chicken with Mac & Cheese meal, which I also found impressively tasty and filling, Factor offers a variety of meals that cater to different dietary needs including keto, low-carb, and plant-based options. From my experience, these meals are not just about hitting calorie targets but also about providing quality protein and an enjoyable way to eat more vegetables. For picky eaters like me, Factor's focus on flavor without overwhelming spices—and even managing to mask disliked ingredients like onions when possible—makes it easier to stay on track with healthier eating. One useful tip is to pair these high-protein meals with light workouts as I did after lunch; this combination helps manage hunger and supports energy levels throughout a busy day. The convenience of pre-portioned meals helps avoid impulsive unhealthy choices and saves time on meal prep. If you're aiming to maintain or build muscle, Factor meals with high protein content (like the 52g in this pulled chicken dish) support recovery and satiety effectively. Also, keeping an eye on sugar and fiber content, as highlighted in the nutritional breakdown, can help maintain blood sugar levels and digestive health. Overall, if you’re looking for a service that brings tasty premade meals with solid nutritional value and help expanding your palate, then Factor is definitely worth trying. Plus, their customer service and delivery options make it a hassle-free experience, perfect for busy professionals trying to balance nutrition and lifestyle.
