75 soft 🧘‍♀️ or 75 hard 🏋️‍♀️

How about 75-ish? After making it about half way through back in 2021 (due to fomo 🤦🏼‍♀️) I’ve been putting it off ever since - including exiting gym life.

The few short days I’ve spent on this app have shown me that it doesn’t have to be all or nothing - but rather a mix that suits your wants and goals!

I’ll be prepping for this starting September 3rd and diving in on September 23rd!

I’ll be taking the 20 days to work on posting every day to keep my accountability, obtain my measurements, ensure my freezer and pantry are full of high protein/whole food options, work on waking up earlier, ease myself from 3 days of exercise to 7 days of exercise, etc.
